The CSV File Order import is a utility that allows for laboratories to order lab testing in a bulk format by uploading a CSV file to the LIS.


CSV File Order Import Features:


  • • Patient demographics and lab ordering details can be imported to
    the LIS with no limits to the number of patients in the CSV file.
  • • This can sometimes take the place of an HL7 orders import when an EMR
    does not have the technical capabilities of exporting lab orders in HL7
    formatting.
